Please call our reservation number @ 410 867 7245 for availability of the yacht. We will hold a tentative reservation for 10 days pending the receipt of your deposit.

Deposit required to book a charter is one/half the charter fee, and may be paid by personal check, Visa or MasterCard. Upon receipt of your deposit we will forward your Yacht Charter Agreement, orientation sheet, and directions.  The remaining 50% is due prior to departure.

Prices include Vessel, Captain fees, Crew fees

Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to departure to receive 100% of deposit. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to departure to receive 50% of deposit.
Captain may choose to cancel due to weather or tide conditions.
There are no additional fees for use of dinghy, equipment, etc..

Arrivals

BTS Charters' staff member can arrange transportation from any local airport to the marina of departure. Prior to sailing any final payments will be collected.

BTS Charters takes pride in the clean, well-maintained condition of its yacht. It is expected that the charterers will treat the yacht as his own and leave it in the same condition.

Final Payments
 

The charter balance and security deposit must be paid by cash, certified check, cashier's check, money order or traveler's checks upon arrival for charter. Credit cards are not accepted at this time

BTS Charters will gladly assist you with arrangements for sailing instruction, itinerary planning, airport pick-up, special provisions, catering, or any other services you may require. This is your vacation, and we are here to accommodate you!
