Captain Rick has been on the water since childhood, growing up aboard a 44 ft Chris Craft sport fisherman in the Florida Keys.                       

An experienced certified scuba diver with Atlantic, Pacific and Caribbean diving experience.
Capt Rick maintains a US Coast Guard 50 Ton Masters license,  with sailing and towing endorsements,                                                                      

FAA Licensed Pilot SE , Member Chesapeake Area Captains Association

Capt Rick has over 20,000 nautical miles aboard mostly as skipper or first mate
